We are seeking a highly experienced Content Team Lead / Director to lead content strategy, brand storytelling, and integrated communication initiatives for global and domestic brands in the Korean market.
This role goes beyond channel management and content production. The successful candidate will own the strategic direction of content and brand communication, leading the development of culturally relevant and insight-driven campaigns across Korea’s key digital ecosystems including Kakao, Naver, and major social media platforms.
Working closely with global brand teams and cross-functional specialists, this role will shape how brands engage with Korean audiences through content, influencer collaborations, and integrated brand campaigns.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of strategic thinking, creative leadership, client advisory capability, and data-driven decision making, with a proven track record of building impactful brand narratives and high-performing content programs.
