一、核心工作目标
该岗位旨在为公司提供以下支持:
1. 主导搜索引擎(百度)及社交媒体(微信、小红书、抖音等)的项目管理工作,涵盖营销活动上线、日常运营及投放后复盘全流程;
2. 通过规划、优化与复盘,负责客户预算的统筹管理;
3. 严格遵循规划流程,制定行业一流的媒体方案;采用战略性工作方法,确保达成甚至超越客户关键绩效指标(KPI);
4. 管理并激励团队初级成员,分享规划专业知识、提升团队成员技能,确保工作产出达到高标准;
5. 与传播规划团队紧密协作,积极探索数字营销业务的拓展空间,同时联动其他数字专业团队及广泛的媒体合作方团队开展协同工作;
6. 主导付费媒体(搜索 / 社交 / 展示广告)业务的客户关系管理,协助客户服务团队实现跨渠道服务的优质交付。
二、任职要求
1. 具备3~4 年效果营销相关经验,有跨渠道管理经历,且拥有直接响应类及品牌类营销活动的成功案例;
2. 重视各类工作产出的细节把控,确保严格遵守客户账户管理流程;
3. 深入了解各类媒体渠道的优劣势及核心指标,具备付费媒体平台实操经验;
4. 能够撰写内容详实、具有说服力的客户材料,如竞品分析报告、项目状态报告及媒体投放建议方案等;
5. 具备主动拓展客户业务的意识,拥有培养及管理初级团队成员成长的相关经验;
6. 有行业媒体报告工具及系统的使用经验;
7. 英语流利者优先。
