Overview

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

An accomplished Senior Account Manager who will take ownership of some of the key data consultancy client relationships we have in the Korea and is primarily responsible in leading the strategic growth and client relationship while overseeing the data projects delivery of these accounts.

Due to the complex nature of these key accounts, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking and time-management capabilities to manage client stakeholders and internal teams on global, regional and local levels.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Client & Project Responsibilities

  • Act as the client lead to provide strategic POVs and recommendations
  • Maintain & strengthen client relationships at all levels, be the first point of contact for most, if not all senior client stakeholders
  • Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues across departments and regions, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery with high quality
  • Develops, executes, and composes clear and effective communications, trainings, and post-delivery support plans
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensure all project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date
  • Translate client briefs (business objectives and goals) into data-driven strategy frameworks with actionable KPIs
  • Drive data services and products adoption on the client’s side
  • Manage/Support technical data consultancy projects including advanced analytics, business intelligence, martech, data science
  • Visit client office when required

 

Revenue Growth

  • Lead/ Support new business pitches when required
  • Identify cross & upsell opportunities, build proposals, define scope and commercials to pitch initiatives
  • Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
  • Develop local and regional data offerings and services where fits
  • Manage relationship with data and consultancy clients, ensure client retention and identify opportunities to further the relationship
  • Support the spread of the Data Consultancy knowledge across the company at regional level

 

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Essential

  • +5 years digital marketing experience, preferably within data
  • Fluent in both Korean and English, verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proactive individual who is confident taking the initiative and working with colleagues across teams and departments
  • Excellent understanding of main digital channels and data platforms/ecosystem, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud, Tableau, PPC, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social etc
  • Demonstrable experience in managing data projects, experience in working with developers and technical specialists
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders in Korea effectively while developing strong client relationships
  • Confident client facing attributes
  • Proactive, motivated, self starter and willing to learn
