Overview

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Digital Analyst or Senior Digital Analyst with broad experience across paid channels—including social, display, and search —with a strong preference for candidates specializing in social and display channels. This role will contribute to high-impact, engaging projects across a variety of industries and is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across social and display channels
  • Create engaging social content and develop briefs for creative assets
  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery and execution
  • Manage and monitor client budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Plan and execute testing strategies, followed by clear post-test analysis
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology
  • Leverage tools to automate reporting and campaign execution
  • Build deep client and product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions
  • Handle day-to-day communications with clients and media partners, including emails, presentations, calls, and meetings
  • Write compelling ad copy and analyze performance to drive improvements
  • Provide actionable insights based on competitive analysis and market trends
  • Contribute proactively to clients’ digital marketing strategies
  • Support account audits and performance reviews
  • Conduct market-specific research to inform strategy and execution

 

 

 

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing / activation
  • Ability to plan and execute search, social, and display campaign management, with a strong preference for candidates specializing in search/SEM
  • Experience in Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, and Meta platforms
  • A strong understanding of online marketing (display, social, programmatic, SEM, etc)
  • Strong communication skills in English + Japanese
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent numeracy understanding
  • Great analysis skills and proven critical thinking capability
  • Self-­motivated & inquisitive, as well as a strong team player
  • SQL knowledge is a big plus
