WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A Senior Manager who has a well-rounded digital marketing background, excellent in managing client relations, has a future forward and agile mindset, and is an independent individual who can be collaboratively within the team.

Due to the complex nature of these key accounts, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking and time-management capabilities to manage client stakeholders and internal teams on global, regional and local levels.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly and half-yearly media strategy planning for Display and Social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic) .
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into full-funnel media plans that balance reach, quality of visits, and conversion .
  • Define and maintain always-on vs. burst strategy by market; advise on budget split by campaign objective, ad format, and platform .
  • Integrate audience segmentation, product life cycle, seasonality, and promotion windows into channel activation.
  • Lead test and learn agenda including creative A/B testing and advocate for performance-driven ad formats .
  • Stay updated with platform changes and propose pilot programs for early adoption.
  • Translate platform partner insights (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, DV360, etc.) into client-ready opportunities that scale across markets.

Cross-functional & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the Display & Social subject matter expert across internal client teams, ASM teams, and platform partners.​
  • Partner with SEM and planning leads to ensure cross-channel consistency in strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Escalate blockers or opportunities tied to budget, performance, or technical issues to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client channel and creative to ensure campaign and creative-specific activations align with sales priorities.

Execution Oversight

  • Supervise QA checklist across naming convention, CID tagging, conversion tracking, campaign build​
  • Ensure budgets, bid strategies, and optimization goals are accurately implemented across all platforms.​
  • Validate setup across platforms with cross-platform and market consistency​
  • Coordinate with analysts and the offshore team for market-specific adjustments (e.g., language, localized promo, creative tailoring)​
  • Develop integrated audience strategies leveraging 1st party data, 2nd party (publisher segments) and 3rd party (GWI, Bombora, etc)​
  • Collaborate with creative and production partners to review and optimize ad creatives tailored for each platform, audience, and funnel stage.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Lead weekly and quarterly reviews of Display & Social performance, covering traffic, conversions, efficiency, and budget pacing.
  • Approve budget reallocations across BUs and markets based on pacing, seasonality, and performance trends.​
  • Approve testing roadmap (new platforms, audience models, ad formats, measurement frameworks).
  • Flag underperforming trends and provide actionable recommendations on media mix, audiences, and creative optimizations.
  • Drive insights consolidation across markets for QBRs and regional reviews, connecting channel performance to revenue growth.

Required Skills

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Minimum 7 years in media agency-side roles, with at least 3 years in a people-management and managerial role
  • Fluent English communication, verbal and written
  • Experienced in integrated media planning, with a strong understanding of digital channels activation.
  • Strong in budget pacing models and forecasting accuracy across product segments and markets.
  • Advanced Excel / Looker Studio / Tableau / Adobe Analytics reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with incrementality tests and other advanced measurements.
  • Significant proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders like media partners and external agencies
  • Demonstrable experience in translating client objectives into feasible, well thought-out digital strategies with a focus towards performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of APAC media landscape to adapt and localise global and regional strategies
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders across multiple time-zones effectively while developing strong client relationships
  • Experience leading large scale account teams across different offices and time zones
