WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Analyst, Experience & Activation (Performance Marketing Specialist) will work closely with the line manager and accounts director to support in servicing our client. The digital analyst will run end-to-end paid search campaigns, and gain exposure to unique platforms such as Naver.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Execution Support & QA

  • Localize and proofread Korean search keywords, ad copies, and extensions to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with platform policies.
  • Build and execute end-to-end Naver Search and Brand Search campaigns, ensuring correct taxonomy, tracking setup, and campaign structure.
  • Support in campaign setup across Google Ads and Naver, applying finalized taxonomy, naming conventions, and structure.
  • Double-check CIDs, tracking tags, ad extensions, and audience layering to ensure full campaign integrity.
  • Conduct pre-launch QA (on budgets, targeting, and ad statuses to ensure campaigns are error-free.
  • Verify promotional accuracy with client and flag issues proactively.
  • Set up and track A/B test performance, and flag optimization opportunities based on CTR gaps or conversion drop-offs.
  • Monitor Korean search trends and platform updates, surfacing insights that inform future strategy.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the Search Lead & Impact team to ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Liaise with client for campaign brief, keyword approval, copy QA and previews
  • Participate in weekly status meetings and present key optimizations or blockers​.
  • Share summaries of platform changes that may affect SEM delivery or tracking

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Pull and analyze weekly SEM performance reports (traffic, CTR, CPV, ROAS, conversions) for Naver and Google KR campaigns
  • Partner with the Search Lead to derive insights and contribute to QBR narratives—translating performance data into actionable next steps.
  • Maintain pacing dashboards and highlight any anomalies
  • Support daily and weekly optimizations: (pause underperforming keywords, adjust bids, refresh creatives and extensions).
  • Maintain historical tracking logs across business units for performance transparency.
  • Conduct QA on screenshots and reporting deliverables for POWD/POE documentation.

Required Skills

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Minimally 3 – 4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with search platforms such as Google Ads, Naver Search
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, Power­Point skills
  • Strong interest in SEM and a desire to grow in performance marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and inquisitive team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal and client-facing relationship management skills
