WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

An accomplished Director, Experience & Activation who will takes ownership of a key regional account and is primarily responsible in leading the strategic growth and planning excellence while overseeing the activation delivery.

Due to the complex nature of this key global account, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking and time-management capabilities to manage client stakeholders and internal teams on global, regional and local levels.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Strategic Media Planning & Local Market Adaptation​:

  • Lead the quarterly and annual media planning process for regional campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Translate client’s global strategic direction into locally relevant activation plans, considering cultural nuances, media landscape, and consumer behaviour.

Activation Oversight & Execution Management

  • Manage cross-market activation across SEM, Social, and Display channels.
  • Coordinate with channel leads and cross-border teams to ensure high-quality, on-time campaign launches.
  • Troubleshoot escalations and resolve delivery roadblocks as needed.

Campaign Setup, Measurement & Governance

  • Ensure all campaigns are built in accordance with client’s global frameworks adapting to local structure (e.g., platform structure, KPI mapping, tagging requirements).
  • Oversee measurement strategy and ensure consistency in reporting structures across markets.

Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead and guide regional activation team (onshore and offshore) to ensure quality, consistency, and impact across all deliverables.
  • Drive accountability on campaign delivery timelines, QA, and post-launch optimizations
  • Regularly review campaign outcomes to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as the primary liaison between team members and regional teams, local markets, media partners, and client stakeholders.
  • Align on priorities, share performance updates, and contribute to planning and strategy sessions (e.g., QBRs, test & learn agenda, etc.).

Required Skills

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Minimum 9 years in media agency-side roles, with at least 4 years in a people-management and managerial role
  • Fluent English communication, verbal and written
  • Experienced in integrated media planning, with a strong understanding of digital channels activation – with exceptional knowledge of conversion campaigns.
  • Significant proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders like media partners and external agencies.
  • Demonstrable experience in translating client objectives into feasible, well thought-out digital strategies with a focus towards performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC media landscape to adapt and localise global and regional strategies.
  • Experience leading large scale account teams across different offices and time zones.
  • Strong experience in B2B and D2C is a plus
