Assembly Korea was named the media agency of the year 2022 - Campaign Asia

Overview

Assembly is seeking a content marketer (internal title: Analyst) to join our Seoul-based Content Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Korean digital platforms such as KakaoTalk and LINE, hands-on experience in influencer marketing, and the ability to extract actionable insights from data. You will be responsible for managing client SNS channels and executing influencer campaigns across platforms for global brands in the fashion, hospitality, and luxury sectors.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage brand-owned social media channels, including KakaoTalk, LINE, Instagram, Naver Blog, and other relevant platforms
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns — from influencer sourcing and briefing to coordination and performance reporting
  • Analyze the performance of channels and content to generate actionable insights and deliver regular performance reports
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Develop, structure, and refine PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, including strategic proposals and campaign reports

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media channel management and/or influencer marketing
  • Deep understanding of KakaoTalk, LINE, and Naver Blog — including platform mechanics, content formats, and audience engagement patterns
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with working knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, Social Media Management tools, Social Listening tools, or similar tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English — with the ability to clearly communicate, write, and present in both languages
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to structure decks and present information in a clear and visually compelling manner
  • Proactive and self-motivated — able to identify opportunities, suggest improvements, and take initiative without constant supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, content marketing, and audience engagement

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing client proposals or strategic pitch decks for marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with the luxury industry or experience working with premium brand content
  • Working knowledge of influencer discovery platforms and CRM tools for messaging channels
  • Basic proficiency in tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Canva for light internal asset editing (not for full-scale creative production)
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging grounded in data-driven insights

Additional Information

  • Portfolio submission is required, showcasing prior experience in content strategy, influencer campaigns, or reporting
