Overview

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution including QC of global Affiliate Marketing projects
  • Optimize Affiliate programs and maximize performance in global markets
  • Collaborate with key partners (networks, publishers, advertisers, etc.) and build strong relationships
  • Establish KPIs and conduct performance analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with global teams (regional marketing teams, data analytics teams, IT, etc.) to develop execution strategies and optimize workflows
  • Identify new opportunities and expand business based on market trends and competitor analysis
  • Manage budgets and optimize costs to maximize ROI
  • Oversee contract management and financial reconciliation

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
  • Experience managing projects across multiple countries and regions
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and performance analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with key stakeholders (executives, partners, internal teams)
  • Experience in planning and operating Affiliate Marketing projects
  • Hands-on experience managing Affiliate networks and publishers in global markets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong reporting documentation skill set
  • Fluent in both English and Korean (additional language skills preferred)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating global Affiliate networks (Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Impact, etc.)
  • Experience in global Affiliate Marketing projects for e-commerce and retail brands
  • Understanding of cross-channel digital marketing (SEO, Paid Media, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating with teams across various countries and cultures
  • Proficiency in data analytics and marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
