WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

We are looking for an SEO Manager to join the Organic Performance Team to work across a breadth of clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of technical SEO and can develop, plan and execute SEO strategies to deliver organic growth. 

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY  

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies from the ground up 
  • Client management - keeping clients updated on the status of agreed SEO deliverables and industry standard 
  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports for clients, analysing key metrics and trends 
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits, outlining the cost benefit of the recommendations put forward 
  • Understand the role SEO plays in overarching, multi-channel campaigns alongside business objectives and KPI’s 
  • Utilise proprietary and third party industry reporting, analysis and insight tools 
  • Support the SEO Director in training and developing junior members of the team 
  • Innovate across all aspects of SEO, from technical, through to on-site and outreach

Required Skills

DOES THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU? 

  • Proven SEO exposure in an agency developing and executing SEO campaigns 
  • Strong communicator with a good ability to explain and deliver SEO insight and recommendations to non SEO experts and to the wider business 
  • Proficient in technical SEO with the ability to audit and provide solutions to common technical SEO issues. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with a wide range of CMS is advantageous.  
  • Diplomatic and persuasive interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console. Adobe Analytics and Looker Studio experience will be advantageous.  
  • Familiar with third party SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Screaming Frog 
  • Advance proficiency of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint 
  • Experience of managing a small team 
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in English is a plus.
