Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Media Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel media plans across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive strategic media recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
  • Ensure cross-channel integration across paid search, social, display, programmatic, and offline channels.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Manage expectations, provide strategic guidance, and present media performance insights to clients.
  • Work closely with the activation team to oversee campaign execution and ensure flawless delivery.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal teams, including Creative, Data, and Analytics, to ensure campaign assets and tracking are optimized.
  • Work with the project management team to align on timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams on budget management and reconciliation.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Oversee the launch, tracking, and optimization of media campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data, extract insights, and recommend real-time optimizations.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivering against KPIs and propose actionable improvements.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Develop and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations.
  • Work with the data and BI team to ensure correct tracking and attribution for performance analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine media strategies.

Required Skills

DOES THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU?

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid media planning and activation (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cross-channel media buying, including paid search, social, programmatic, display, and video.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analysis and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and other media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality or travel industries is a plus.
