Overview

  • Be responsible for the implementation and management of SEO technology solutions, providing technical SEO consulting
  • Conduct SEO quality assurance (QA) during the before and after the website migration (strong hands-on experience is require).

Responsibilities

  1. SEO Tech Dashboard Implementation & Maintenance:
    • Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SEO dashboards.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track website’s health, visibility and SEO performance.
    • Collaborate with external developers to ensure accurate tracking and data integrity.
  2. Technical SEO Consulting:
    • Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to enhance website performance.
    • Address crawlability, indexability, and website performance issues.
    • Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and algorithm updates.
  3. Website Migration SEO QA:
    • Perform comprehensive SEO QA during the platform migration (A → B version)
    • Identify potential risks and opportunities related to SEO during the migration process.
    • Collaborate with project managers to ensure a seamless transition with minimal impact on organic search performance (mitigate the traffic loss)
    • Conduct post-migration analysis to ensure all SEO elements are functioning as expected.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical SEO, preferably in large-scale web environments.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms)
  • Strong understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (esp. AEM)
  • Experience in working with SEO dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., Core Web Vitals).
  • Familiarity with site migration processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce industry, especially enterprise-level websites.
  • Familiarity with server-side SEO and log file analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
