Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

  • Client Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client communication, delivering timely updates on campaign performance, results, and strategic recommendations to drive measurable improvements.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute data-driven digital campaigns that align with business KPIs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Develop comprehensive performance reports that include key metrics, in-depth analysis, and actionable optimization strategies. Present insights to clients and internal stakeholders to inform future decisions.
  • Continuous Campaign Monitoring: Regularly review campaign performance and pacing, identify areas of underperformance or opportunity, and proactively implement optimizations to enhance outcomes.
  • Cross-Channel Paid Media Management: Strategically manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Search, Display, and Social platforms, driving maximum ROI while aligning with campaign objectives.
  • Strategic Testing & Experimentation: Conduct in-depth keyword research, create high-performing ad copy, and lead A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to refine performance and increase conversions.
  • Platform Expertise: Set up and manage performance-driven campaigns on industry-leading platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, and The Trade Desk (TTD), leveraging platform capabilities to achieve business goals.

Required Skills

DOES THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in paid media activation, especially in Search and performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of cross-channel planning in Programmatic, Social, and Search.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and ad platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns independently
  • Experience in planning and managing regional (APAC) or multi-market campaigns.
