Overview

As Senior Affiliate Manager, you will lead and strengthen affiliate program strategy and growth across multiple markets, ensuring strong performance outcomes and strategic alignment with regional and global stakeholders.

You will own market-level program strategy, performance targets, and commissioning structures while driving optimization and cross-market best practices.

Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Regional Leadership:

  • Develop and lead region & market-level affiliate program strategy building
  • Own regional performance targets, forecasting, and Business Unit-level budget allocation
  • Develop market and campaign-specific commissioning models aligned with growth objectives
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities and long-term strategic levers
  • Research and recommend affiliate platforms and network partnerships per market
  • Ensure strategic and business alignment between client and affiliate partners
  • Develop publisher relationship and negotiate publisher commission structures

 

 

Performance Integrity & Alignment:

  • Monitor discrepancies impacting performance attribution and reporting accuracy
  • Act as escalation point for performance or operational risks
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy supports performance visibility

 

Program Operations & Optimization:

  • Lead affiliate account setup and ongoing program management across markets
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate publishers
  • Negotiate placements and high-impact exposure opportunities
  • Optimize program performance toward agreed CPA, CPS and ROAS targets
  • Manage commission updates and ensure accurate validation, payout alignment, and program compliance
  • Manage pacing and delivery of revenue and spend targets
  • Maintain strong publisher relationships and share cross-market best practices

 

Reporting & Performance Leadership:

  • Lead monthly regional performance reviews
  • Design and oversee incentive structures aligned with program objectives
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights
  • Track KPIs and recommend data-driven optimization strategies

 

Stakeholder & Cross-Market Leadership:

  • Act as key liaison between client HQ, regional teams, affiliate platforms, and partners
  • Lead regular program update discussions and strategic reviews
  • Present performance insights and growth recommendations to stakeholders
  • Align cross-functional teams and manage multiple markets simultaneously

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing roles (Affiliate, Paid Media, Partnerships, or related channels)
  • Affiliate marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong understanding of performance-based revenue models (CPA, CPS, ROAS optimization)
  • Experience managing revenue targets and budget allocation
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Experience working with global or cross-regional stakeholders preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and Korean
