Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

 

·         Lead Activation in North Asia – lead multiple activation teams that manages campaign implementation by provide guidance and direction to accelerate development. This includes direct line management of Activation & active leadership of cross-region communities.

 

·         Deliver market-leading work - getting hands-on with our teams and clients; ensuring best practice implementation whilst testing and rolling out new functionality, platforms and approaches to enable quality and innovation.

 

·         Broaden our Activation offering – strengthen our approach and proposition across Activation channels to broaden our revenue distribution.

 

·         Drive the right degree of consistency across markets, define and implement processes, frameworks and communities to foster standardization across North Asia. At the same time, ensure flexibility is retained in order to adapt to local market requirements and nuances.

 

·         Activation structure development – designing, implementing and overseeing effective Activation team structures to drive effectiveness and efficiency.

 

 

·         Collaborate across the business - Work alongside other leads from across our organization to ensure the Activation approach of North Asia is an integral part of our holistic agency offering. 

 

·         Drive growth – working with teams and leaders from across North Asia to pitch and win new business and cross-sell opportunities, crafting and presenting Activation solutions and approaches that clients need and want to buy.

Qualifications

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • 10+ years in digital marketing across multiple channels (Paid Search, Social Media, Display)-preferably performance driven marketing
  • Strong media platform knowledge in term of tech and activation
  • Agency or media rep experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Confident client facing ability.
  • Strong skill to build media proposals and analytical report documents.
  • Excel at building relationships, both internally and with clients
  • Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Rich team management experience
  • Fluent in both English and Korean
