Overview

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an accomplished Associated Account Director with impressive cross-channel experience and a flair for building relationships and driving results for clients. The main client is Lenovo. The role is a key senior level role that reports directly to the Japan Market Lead, your expertise within the field will have every chance to develop further.

 

You play an active rolling in levelling up Assembly in Japan. Furthering our teams' key capabilities to be positioned as a young & innovative digital-first marketing partner, that’s ready to challenge the status quo. You will be supported by a globally strong and connected team while working together with brilliant global talent across the region.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

  • Drive and implement the overall business strategy, including delivering our clear vision for the company's future and guiding the team towards achieving the goal
  • Understand the client's needs, lead constructive discussions, and contribute to the client's growth while simultaneously fostering the team's growth
  • Work closely with the activation leads, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively and fostering a positive work culture as a business lead
  • Ensure the final deliverables meet clients’ expectations and are of high quality.
  • With your strong ownership, act as the key point of contact between clients and internal cross-functional teams
  • Develop excellent client relationships at all levels including attending client meetings
  • Drive data-driven performance strategy and omni-channel planning to ensure client objectives are met
  • Work closely with channel and market teams to manage priorities, workloads and resource allocation to ensure client deadlines are met and to ensure campaigns are run smoothly and for best practice and high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure cross functional comms and reporting are consistent across all teams
  • Ensure project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date and improve working methods where possible to increase efficiency
  • Lead internal meetings, ensuring learnings across channels and teams are shared
  • Actively seek cross and upsell opportunities within the account where possible
  • Keep abreast of channel, product and industry updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
