WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
As a Performance Marketing Specialist within our agency, you will be at the forefront of driving success for our diverse clients, with a strong focus on media operations. Your role is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing, proficiency in crafting holistic marketing strategies, and a strong analytical mindset. You will primarily be responsible for:
· Media Strategy & Execution: Taking ownership of establishing and executing comprehensive media campaign structures and related advertising efforts.
· Advanced Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performance across various periods and platforms, transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
· Proactive Optimization & Innovation: Continuously identifying opportunities for campaign enhancement, implementing advanced optimization techniques, and contributing to strategic initiatives to drive growth.
· Data Integrity & Strategic Insights: Ensuring the accuracy of performance data and leveraging it to generate strategic insights that inform tactical planning and client recommendations.
· Client Relationship Management & Consultation: Leading client communications, presenting performance results, and proactively identifying and addressing client needs with strategic solutions.
· Operational & Financial Stewardship: Overseeing the tactical implementation and budget management of campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
· Extensive Experience in Performance Marketing: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance advertising, ideally within an agency, in-house marketing, or consultancy role, with a proven track record of consistently delivering strong results.
· Deep Understanding of Media: Strong expertise in media platforms and strategies, understanding their unique nuances and optimization opportunities.
· Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Possess a keen analytical mind, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
· Proactive Problem-Solving & Ownership: Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to challenges, effectively breaking down issues and devising data-backed solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist in our agency, your daily responsibilities will encompass the following critical tasks:
· Campaign Architecture & Implementation: Design and implement country-specific media campaign structures, including meticulous advertising keyword strategy, registration, and comprehensive budget and targeting setup.
· Holistic Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports by country, providing in-depth analysis and strategic commentary.
· Advanced Optimization & Iteration: Proactively drive campaign performance through continuous keyword expansion and negative keyword refinement, advanced bidding strategy optimization, and strategic operational budget management based on ad spend pacing. Additionally, lead target audience segmentation and optimization, and enhance ad creative performance.
· Data Integrity & Strategic Analysis: Ensure the integrity of all performance data through rigorous checks, conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis, and formulate actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
· Client Relationship & Strategic Communication: Lead weekly performance review meetings, manage ongoing strategic communications regarding operational direction, and provide regular operational performance updates to key stakeholders.
· Agenda Building & Strategic Leadership: Proactively identify client needs, conceptualize and develop new campaign
strategies and initiatives in response, and establish effective operational tactics to achieve business objectives.
These daily responsibilities will empower you to lead the strategic implementation and optimization of media campaigns, deliver impactful insights, and drive measurable success for our clients. Your role is vital in achieving excellence in performance marketing and fostering strong client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in consulting role or directly managing large-scale e-commerce/retail accounts.
· Experience with Google Search campaigns with deep understanding of paid search mechanism.
· Experience with Amazon advertising platforms, including Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
· Business fluency in English.
