Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
Develop and grow our media activation teams.

  • Take responsibility for our media activation and planning teams.
  • Grow each team and their capacity and improve working methods to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure excellent delivery of all cross-channel work and strategic media planning.

Oversee Delivery

  • Ensure optimal resource across clients.
  • Ensuring Client contractual obligations, service levels and performance are maintained.
  • Look at ways to innovate with tech and streamline delivery.

Support Business Growth

  • Recognize cross & upsell opportunities and work alongside the Account Director and Channel Leads to maximize these.
  • Lead proposals, pitch strategy and project management

Drive client engagement

  • Act as a senior client contact and point of escalation. Working to maintain & strengthen excellent client relationships at all levels.
  • Lead multichannel strategy and planning, and work alongside channel teams to implement it.
  • Act as digital expert for the client and drive the team to deliver new and innovative ideas.
  • Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate.

Team Management

  • Work closely with and manage multiple Team Leads/Seniors as you focus on developing team members, managing the workload and resource allocation, and ensuring the best practice and high-quality output.
  • Support the development of the staff below you and the sub-teams, providing mentorship, coaching and direction to the office.
