Overview

This is an exciting opportunity in an environment where you will embark on an exciting journey that goes beyond just an internship. We believe in empowering our interns to make a real impact in the dynamic and ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. You will work closely with our regional senior data team leadership on daily basis and all round data & project related tasks. In addition, you will be exposed to sizable internal & external projects that make true impact to our business and to our clients. 

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

  • Support on Project Management: Assist in general project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and preparing documentation/decks for internal and client meetings.
  • Data Hygiene & Quality: Conduct regular data validation and governance checks for requested platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform policies
  • Platform Governance & Optimization: Support the governance and maintenance of requested platform by monitoring data accuracy, resolving feed-related issues, and optimizing product data feeds for better performance.
  • Platform Account Management Support: Work directly with Account Manager to manage account access levels and support account sync processes across Meta and Criteo.
  • Audit Troubleshooting Process: Audit and learn the process when the team in troubleshooting technical and data-related issues as they arise, such as data connection loss or reporting discrepancies.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Support the building and maintenance of clear, organized documentation and decks that standardize processes and share insights across the team.
  • Supports on Communication & Translation: support the translating relevant project and technical documentation, emails, presentation materials, and operational communications between Korean and English.

  • Ability to communicate in both Korean and English, oral and written.
  • Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
  • Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and data operations.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting mindset — able to identify the root cause of data or system issues by reviewing product feeds, or platform responses
  • Intermediate to high proficiency in Excel is a plus.
