Overview

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

An accomplished Account Manager who will take ownership of some of the key data consultancy client relationships we have in the region and is primarily responsible in leading the strategic growth and client relationship while overseeing the data projects delivery of these accounts.

Due to the complex nature of these key accounts, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking and time-management capabilities to manage client stakeholders and internal teams on global, regional and local levels.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Client Responsibilities

  • Lead/ Support new business pitches when required
  • Manage relationship with data and consultancy clients, ensure client retention and identify opportunities to further the relationship
  • Translate client briefs (business objectives and goals) into data-driven strategy frameworks with actionable KPIs
  • Identify cross & upsell opportunities, build proposals, define scope and commercials to pitch initiatives
  • Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
  • Act as the client lead to provide strategic POVs and recommendations
  • Drive data services and products adoption on the client’s side
  • Develop local and regional data offerings and services where fits

 

Project Responsibilities

  • Support account director to determine and define project scope and objectives, predict resources and budget
  • Manage/Support technical data consultancy projects including advanced analytics, business intelligence, martech, data science
  • Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues across departments and regions, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery with high quality
  • Develops, executes, and composes clear and effective communications, trainings, and post-delivery support plans
  • Build stronghold of knowledge through clients’ engagements
  • Support the spread of the Data Consultancy knowledge across the company at regional level

Required Skills

Essential

  • +5 years digital marketing experience, preferably data roles, with at least 1.5 years in a client facing role
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Korean
  • Confident client facing attributes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Numerical and analytical with experience working with data specialists
  • Demonstrable experience in translating client objectives into feasible, well thought-out data strategies
  • Good understanding of digital data ecosystem such as tracking and metrics
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders while developing strong client relationships
  • Proactive, motivated, self starter and willing to learn
  • Attention to detail with the ability to effectively do initial troubleshooting to support the technical team

 

Desired Skills

  • Numerical and analytical
  • Experience in any of AA (e.g. GA, AA), BI (e.g. BQ, Tableau), Martech (e.g. GMP, CDP) or DS (e.g. Presto) is desired
  • Experience in SQL is an advantage
  • Understanding and experience with digital media channels is a plus, e.g. PPC, Social, Programmatic
